Cooking in the oven during the painting operation

After spraying the paint in the paint cabinet, the painted part is transferred to the paint baking machine mechanized or by hand. At this stage, the painted part must be heated for 15 to 20 minutes.

Put 180 to 220 degrees and cook.

Cooking at high temperatures and longer than standard also obscures glossy colors and changes the color of powder coatings. There are many variables when choosing kilns for the paint line
